• Trent was born on a military base in Atlanta. Spent a good deal of his childhood in Georgia.
• Often goes by TJ as his title in the service is LtCol TJ Taylor.
• Definition military brat. He lived in Georgia, Florida, California, Japan and Korea before he was 18 years of age.
• When he was seventeen he enlisted into the military himself, wanting to follow in his father's footsteps of the military lifestyle. Wanting a lifestyle of discipline, service and honor, he listed into the Marines.
• Is currently enlisted in and ranked LtCol in the USMC. He spent 26 months in Iraq as part of "Operation Iraqi Freedom". He was originally supposed to return after 14 months deployed but volunteered to serve another deployment to send one of his soldiers home to their dying father. He rejected the honors that were bestowed upon him for that act of selflessness saying he "didn't need any accolades for sending someone home to their family in a time of need."
• Currently resides in a suburb of Philadelphia, West Chester, P.A. But he's listed out of Philadelphia as far as stationed is concerned.
• Is a complete cat lover, and lives in West Chester with his two babies Scout and Homer. But he also has a dog, a golden retriever named Peanut. He often goes for long runs with Peanut, even in the winter months to which he puts doggy booties on Peanut's paws so they don't get cold. He's a very conscious pet owner and loves his animals like they're his children.
• Works out 6 days a week. He spends more time at the gym than most people spend at their day jobs. It explains how he keeps himself in top shape.
• Is very dedicated to his lifestyle as a Marine. He is a disciplined, intelligent, articulate and incredibly respect driven individual. He's also incredibly stubborn and headstrong and hates being told that he's wrong even if he's wrong.
• Often trains in mixed martial arts as well as other contact sports. He loves UFC and going to random UFC events, professional wrestling events, and boxing events, as well when time allows. Contact sports are one of his hobbies and often makes time for it since it helps him improve not just his combative skills but his physical skills, reflexes, as well as keep himself in top physical form.
• Dedicates some of his time to animal shelters in his area. He volunteers at animal shelters as well as at soup kitchens in his community to help those less fortunate. He also randomly visits nursing homes to bring greeting cards, gifts and company to the elderly who don't have anyone else.
• Other likes include movies, rock music, pepsi one, traveling abroad, pride and respect above all else, President Obama, being a democrat, open mindedness, steak dinners, long runs, the beach, ufc, mma, game show network, being a leader, ice hockey, sports in general, the golden rule, the golden girls (shut the hell up), old school cartoons, cats, going to shows, wwe/roh professional wrestling, family and friends above all else, korean and asian food in general, tattoos, etc etc.
• Dislikes include being called 'wrong', ignorance, liars, laziness, war (yeah oxymoron right?), republicans, fads and trends, closed minded people, followers, people who can't think for themselves, boredom, traffic, shoveling snow, coke products, animal abusers, selfish people, etc etc.
